Idea to buyer-ready,
and through the shoot.
Entera Media develops and produces premium nonfiction, documentary, unscripted and branded work. Founded by Rebe Malaret.
The practice
Five disciplines,
run end to end.
Most development shops stop at the deck. Entera runs from the first conversation about what a project actually is, through the bible and the sizzle, into the field, and, where the money is philanthropic rather than commercial, through the grant strategy that funds it.

Development consulting
Concept viability, positioning, talent attachment and pitch strategy for US and international markets. Originating formats with writers and creators.

Field producing
Multi-unit shoots run end to end. Budgets, vendors, crew, locations, schedule and delivery, including concurrent production across multiple states.

Decks, bibles and sizzles
Buyer-facing materials built to make a specific argument to a specific commissioner. Format bibles, casting frameworks, pilot outlines, sizzle edits.

Brand storytelling
Branded documentary and campaign work for companies and institutions that need the craft of premium nonfiction rather than the conventions of advertising.

Fundraising & grant strategy
Funder research, application writing and partner outreach for documentary and nonprofit-backed projects that are not financed commercially.

Founder
Led by a producer who developed on the inside.
Most development executives have never run a shoot, so they cannot tell you whether what they are pitching is producible, at what cost, or with what access. That gap is what Entera exists to close. The practice was built on staff at the companies below and now runs across a multi-client slate.
- The Stagecoach Group Our American Story · national slate across documentary, scripted and branded · team of 15 Head of Dev & EP
- Boardwalk Pictures Welcome to Wrexham · Cheer · Polo · Popstar Academy: Katseye · The Later Daters · The Big Brunch Development, Originals
- Hello Sunshine The Morning Show (Apple TV+)Development
- JuVee Productions The First Lady (Showtime)Development
- ARRAY Colin in Black & White · LEAP initiative · $500K Google-funded grant Programming

The work behind the work
Before a show exists,
there is a deck.
More than a hundred pitch decks, series bibles, sizzles and one-pagers, each built to make a specific argument to a specific buyer. The deck is where a project stops being an idea and becomes something a commissioner can say yes to.
Client pages shown deliberately out of focus. The craft is the point; the contents are theirs.
